Kloii Hummingbird Yoga & Fitness is a community-minded service based company founded by certified yoga coach, activist and artist Kloii Hummingbird with the intention of assisting you towards healing from the inside out, stepping out of the matrix of cognitive dissonance and into reality so you can live your best life. IT IS POSSIBLE to make your dreams a reality and to create the change we want to see in the world. Join our community!

I created Kloii Hummingbird Yoga & Fitness because I firmly believe that when we heal internally by consciously taking care of our hearts and anchoring into our truest, most authentic selves - we can come together to aid in the necessary healing needed in the external world.

I am here to spread compassion and I’m actively creating space for other people to be there fullest selves, to not feel captive in there own bodies or by the barriers of society. I help others see things as they are and live there best lives from the inside out so they can give themselves permission to be free, and allow that same freedom to others.”

Kloii Hummingbird,

B.A. Dance Kinesiology

Kloii Hummingbird is a Los Angeles native. At the age of seventeen, her life changed suddenly when her father was diagnosed with diabetes. She began to examine her lifestyle choices and made a conscious decision to walk a new path by beginning a yoga practice. It was in Central California, Modesto, when Hummingbird first found herself in a yoga class. At first she used Yoga as a cross training tool to complement her dance training in college, but it soon developed into a life tool for managing / rising above her anxiety and peeling back the layers to discover her truth. After struggling with anxiety and an unconscious lifestyle, Hummingbird found refuge in movement, embodiment and self-connection through a yoga practice that she hadn't realized she'd been yearning for. 

Hummingbird practiced yoga as a student for two years before becoming a certified guide first in 2013 & again in 2016 and continues to develop through her training in Vipassana meditation. She has taught Yoga classes at Soul Play Yoga, LA Fitness, Rockreation LA, Alliance Fitness Krav Maga, Loyola Marymount University, Bhakti Yoga Shala and many more studios, gyms, festivals, women’s retreats, parks, and clients homes. In addition, she has taught Contact Improvisation workshops in Oregon studios, Tula Movement Arts Center and Namaspa and various dance classes in Los Angeles ages 12 and beyond - you can also find her classes exclusively on the FableticsFit app.

Hummingbird has trained in movement and healing studies with many wonderful teachers and mentors, and continues to practice as a lifetime student to this day while assisting others in moving towards their most abundant selves through yoga and meditation coaching. 

Support and communication are key aspects of class. She presents an impactful, safe practice permeated with intelligent alignment, consciousness, effective sequencing, and physical adjustments (in person). Students will go deep in their exploration of their reality and imagination beyond their physicality and habitual mentality. They can expect to hear an eclectic array of musical stylings along the way to support their inward journey.
My goal is to spend my life telling stories, meeting new people, and traveling to different places, all in an effort to bring people together and create a greater understanding of what it means to be human. Through art, community, and consciousness practice, my goal is to break down the barriers that separate us to show that we all want the same things: love, happiness, and the feeling of being understood and appreciated. Even if I am only able to provide a moment of connection to one person, I consider my efforts to be a success.
