Certified Yoga Coach Kloii Hummingbird is an artist, activist and yoga teacher from Los Angeles, California. Developing alignment, kinesthesia and mental mastery are key components of class. Her self work has been fostered in stripping away societal illusions and absorbing the truth of reality.
With a B.A. in Dance from Loyola Marymount University, 500+ teacher training hours in yoga, dance and fitness and over a decade of teaching experience you can be assured to have a safe, fun and dynamic experience.

Looking to build strength and improve endurance? Join Coach Kloii's 60-minute interval training class, designed for all fitness levels. Start with a 5-minute warm-up to activate your muscles, followed by a 45-minute strength-training routine that targets every major muscle group. Finish with a 10-minute yoga-inspired cool down to stretch and enhance flexibility. This workout ensures safety, progress, and results.
