Trusting that everything is going to be ok is easier said than done. It takes conscious practice, for instance it’s called a yoga practice not a yoga perfect. No one simply arrives at a place of consciousness where they don’t actively have to work on themselves. If you don’t use it you’ll lose it, rather that be awareness or the power of positivity also known as the law of attraction.
The Law of Attraction website states "that things, objects, or people with similar energy attract each other. This happens every moment of every day whether you are aware of it or not." We can manipulate this attraction by shifting our mindset therefore making our energy shifts with us naturally.
The belief that nothing will ever change and things will never get better is caused by limiting narratives of your mind perhaps brought on by traumatic experiences around feeling worthless from society, your friends or even your family. The truth is, the only constant is change and hell doesn't last forever. Just as rain comes so does the sunshine so we must learn to treat the good and the bad the same and learn from it all.
HOW TO TRUST THE JOURNEY
At the end of the day, no one can see the future - as far as we know - so it does takes strategy so we aren't simply living on blind faith and delusion. To tap in to the privileges of the Law of Attraction it takes conscious work of getting to know yourself and your limiting beliefs around money, relationships, yourself and more. Faking it until you make it really means setting clear goals, staying consistent and going with the flow. Don't be married to the destination in life because a new or alternate path could be better than you've ever imagined.
One must acknowledge that mental health is always at play. Mindset is key to a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Setting goals, taking action plus trusting that you've done everything in your power and that the Law of Attraction will take care of the rest is easier said than put in to practice on it's own without the potential for depression or other chemical imbalances of the mind.
Depression can lead to symptoms of people not being able to magically will themselves out of bed. In cases like these discipline and belief are much harder to come by which is why speaking to a therapist, doctor, yoga coach or friend to get started on talk therapy or even medication recommended. Everyone needs help sometimes and there is nothing wrong with sharing if you need some assistance. Mental health is the new sexy! Also, medication doesn't have to be forever, it can simply be a tool to help you get out of bed, to step your goals, and to be in unity with yourself and your chosen life path.
